Frequent questions

What material are the paintings made of?
They are made with cotton or cotton blend canvas, stretched over a wooden frame so they are ready to hang.
They don't need hangers because 1 or 2 nails in the wall are enough to hang on

I propose shipping only the rolled canvas for large paintings,
you will then have to have it mounted on the frame by a craftsman in your area.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship all over the world. Shipping is free in Italy, Europe and the United States, in the rest of the world the cost is €80.00
Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for paying any taxes
expected imports from their country.

How is shipping done?
I ship my paintings using the services of Mail Boxes Etc. which based on
destination uses Fedex or Dhl. They are very precise and punctual. You will have to provide in
during the order, a telephone number and email address: they will be used by the courier for
contact you if necessary and to send you the tracking code useful for following the path of your package.

What happens if the package is damaged during transport?
I pack my canvases with the utmost care, protecting them with bubble wrap and plastic panels
wood on both sides.
In any case, should you receive the package and above all the damaged painting, you have 48 hours to send me the detailed photo of the painting via eldafrangi@gmail.com.

What if I don't like the painting I receive?
It is a rather rare possibility because there are a lot of photos illustrating the products
detailed and as they are painted to order, returns are not foreseen.
Anyway, let's talk about it: the last thing I want is for you to have my product
that doesn't satisfy you.

How much do your paintings cost?
The paintings that I propose to you and that you find on the site have a price range from approximately 120 euros to 500 euros, shipping included almost anywhere in the world.
For those made based on the customer's ideas, I establish the price on a case-by-case basis.

How do I place the order?
In contacts, describe to me the painting you have chosen, the dimensions and, if possible,
any color variations.

I don't choose your proposal because I already know what I want, how I can make you
realize my idea?
Press the contact me button and send me the image to inspire you, if you don't have it
explain to me in words what you want, you can also call me and we'll talk about it.

How can I be sure that the result will be what I want?
There are 2 possibilities:
- before proceeding on the canvas, I make a scale sketch of what will be the
finished painting. Once approved I will perform the actual painting.
Before sending it I will send you a photo of the finished painting. Small variations and modifications
they can also be done once the work is finished.
- if the request is clear I will create your painting immediately (without a sketch) and before
send it to you I will send you the photo of the finished work. Small variations and modifications yes
they can do it even when the job is finished.

How is payment made?
You have more options:
- advance payment of 30% of the total value of the painting at the start of work.
Balance at the end of the work before shipping.
You can use Paypal or bank transfer for which I will provide you with the Iban
If we are neighbors we can meet as we used to do in the past.
