At the time of shipment you will receive an email confirming the departure of the work and the traceability of the package. It is essential for shipping to have your telephone number to communicate to the courier

PACKAGING:

It requires precision and accuracy.

Each work with its Certificate of Authenticity is wrapped in wrapping paper and then in bubble wrap. Externally, two plywood panels further protect the work so that it can be transported by truck or plane without being damaged.

REIMBURSEMENT

I create every commissioned work of art with the utmost care and attention, so I am sure that my customers will be satisfied with their purchase.

I can only accept returns in special circumstances. I take pride in the quality of my products and hope that all my customers are happy and satisfied.
